Minimum c.4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) — ideally with top‑tier firm or leading financial/corporate employer
Strong technical background in common‑law corporate/M&A, commercial contracts and related areas (private equity, fintech/payments, IP/technology, competition or employment experience advantageous)
Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of multi‑functional, multi‑jurisdictional teams; strong client service, communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to engage as a casual consultant or via an independent practice model and to commit to building a consulting career
