Join a global legal consultancy panel as a consulting lawyer focused on derivatives and structured finance. You will be engaged on short- to medium-term, high-level projects across OTC derivatives, securitisations (cash and synthetic), structured equity and credit transactions, and regulatory implementation work.

Assignments typically run two to six months and usually require a minimum commitment of four days per week. Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in derivatives/structured finance at a top-tier law firm
Right to live and work in Singapore
Qualification to practise in at least one of England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Willingness to operate via a Personal Services Company (PSC)
Strong technical experience in OTC derivatives, securitisations and structured credit/equity transactions; Asian experience advantageous
Proven ability to work autonomously on multi-jurisdictional projects and to integrate with in‑house or external teams
Excellent communication, client-service orientation, commercial awareness and resilience
