Short-term consulting opportunities for experienced funds and asset-management lawyers based in Singapore. Assignments include fund formation and establishment, fund offerings and distribution, investment management documentation (including custody and prime brokerage), and regulatory/compliance work for institutional asset managers, private banks and investment funds.

Typical engagements are project-based (commonly 2–6 months), ranging from team-support roles to senior in-house secondee-style positions. Roles generally require availability for a minimum of four days per week and offer exposure to cross-border, multi-functional projects.

Right to work and reside in Singapore.
Qualification to practise in at least one of: England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia.
Prepared to establish a Personal Services Company (PSC) for contracting arrangements.
Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in funds/asset-management work at a top-tier law firm; prior in-house or secondee experience with financial institutions is an advantage.
Strong technical funds experience (fund formation, offering documents, distribution, investment management agreements), excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work autonomously on complex multinational projects.
