Come join a national litigation team supporting financial-services clients across multiple U.S. offices (remote/virtual options available). This role focuses on defending consumer-finance matters in state and federal courts, working with an established Financial Services & Capital Markets practice group.

The practice handles disputes under federal and state consumer-protection statutes and related mortgage litigation. The team seeks a practical, client-focused associate able to manage multiple matters, draft pleadings, handle discovery, and contribute to case strategy.

The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package and is committed to building diverse, inclusive teams.

  • 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably defending financial-services companies in state and federal court
  • Working knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA and other federal/state consumer-protection statutes
  • Experience with mortgage-related litigation (contested foreclosures, quiet-title, title disputes) is strongly preferred
  • Strong legal research, drafting and case-management skills; ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
  • Active bar license in the state of the office applied to, or commitment to obtain admission promptly; virtual-role candidates must be licensed in their state of residence
