Apply in confidence →Join a busy Middle East construction disputes team advising on high-value, complex matters arising from major infrastructure and real estate projects across the GCC. The role focuses on arbitration, litigation and other dispute-resolution processes and offers early responsibility on significant cases.
You will work closely with senior colleagues, manage aspects of proceedings (including strategy, pleadings and hearings), liaise with experts and witnesses, and draft legal submissions and commercial advice for a broad client base across public and private sectors.
The team handles matters across sectors such as energy & utilities, transport, healthcare and real estate. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with structured support for professional development and opportunities to lead portions of workstreams.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in construction law with a focus on contentious work (litigation/arbitration).
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and engineering disputes and ADR processes.
- Proven drafting skills for pleadings, submissions and commercial advice; experience managing multiple matters and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients, experts and witnesses and to operate well under pressure.
