Senior Associate role within a market-leading Middle East Projects & Construction team, advising on high-value, complex construction projects across the UAE. The role focuses on non-contentious construction work and acting as project counsel on commercial, legal and contractual issues throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead and manage aspects of matters, working closely with senior lawyers to shape outcomes and develop client relationships. The position offers exposure to cross-jurisdictional matters within the region and opportunities to build your professional profile.

Established non-contentious construction practice with experience in contract management and negotiation support
Practical knowledge of UAE law and DIFC law
Strong drafting skills (contracts, legal opinions and other core documents)
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, lead workstreams and collaborate within a team
Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing work
