Join a regional construction disputes team based in Dubai, advising on complex, high-value contentious matters arising from major infrastructure and real estate projects across the Middle East. The role will involve managing litigation and arbitration matters, drafting pleadings and submissions, and working with experts and stakeholders through all stages of dispute resolution.

You will work in a busy, collaborative Real Estate/Construction practice that handles disputes across sectors including energy, transport, healthcare and commercial development. The team offers early responsibility on matters, direct client contact and exposure to cross-jurisdictional construction law issues.

Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in construction law with a focus on contentious matters.
Proven experience in arbitration and/or litigation arising from construction and engineering projects.
Strong drafting and advocacy skills, with experience preparing pleadings, submissions and case strategies.
Ability to manage multiple matters, work to deadlines and liaise with experts and clients in a fast-paced environment.
