Senior associate-level opening for a contentious construction lawyer to join a busy London construction & engineering disputes team. The role covers project advisory work on live projects to help manage risk, alongside formal dispute resolution including adjudication, High Court litigation, arbitration and mediation.

You will work closely with non-contentious, transactional real estate and projects colleagues, take responsibility for running aspects of matters, supervise junior fee-earners, and contribute to pitching, training and client relationship management within a collaborative team.

Minimum c.2+ years PQE in contentious construction and engineering matters.
Experience in project advisory work and formal dispute resolution (adjudication and High Court litigation essential; arbitration/mediation desirable).
Knowledge of construction contract issues (delay, extensions of time, liquidated damages, defects) and supply-chain rights and obligations.
Proven document-management and disclosure experience; familiarity with document review and bundling platforms.
Experience assisting with witness and expert evidence preparation and comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to supervise trainees/paralegals and manage multiple matters with strong organisation and client-service focus.
