Join a specialist construction & engineering disputes team in London advising on a mix of project advisory work and formal dispute resolution. The role covers adjudication, High Court litigation, arbitration and mediation on matters across the supply chain and sectors such as building safety, transport, energy and infrastructure.

You will work closely with transactional real estate and projects colleagues, take early responsibility on matters, and be involved in pitching, client relationship management and mentoring more junior fee-earners. This is a hands-on role for a contentious specialist who enjoys varied, technically demanding work and who can manage complex documents, stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality client advice.

At least 3+ years' PQE in contentious construction & engineering (project advisory and formal dispute resolution)
Practical experience of adjudication and High Court litigation procedure; arbitration/mediation experience desirable
Strong knowledge of construction project contracts, delay/defects claims, extensions of time and liquidated damages
Proven document-management skills (large document reviews, disclosure and bundle preparation) and experience preparing witness/expert evidence
Confident stakeholder manager, able to supervise junior fee-earners and manage multiple matters to deadline
