Join a busy construction disputes team in Manchester handling a broad range of contentious matters across public and private sector projects. The role focuses on construction litigation and dispute resolution at all stages, from adjudication and arbitration to high-court and project advisory work.

You will take responsibility for your own matters (with supervision), assist on more complex disputes, and be involved in pitching and client relationship work as the practice grows. The team offers early responsibility, technical support and clear development pathways.

Minimum 1 PQE in contentious construction or construction disputes.
Experience of litigation and alternative dispute resolution (adjudication, arbitration, TCC/high‑court proceedings) and drafting pleadings, witness and expert statements.
Strong stakeholder management, document and diary management, and clear drafting skills.
Interest in client-facing work and supporting pitches and relationship development.
