Apply in confidence →Contract litigation attorney opportunity to support a national law firm's litigation practice through its flexible staffing program. The role is remote, with an expectation to primarily cover West Coast hours and flexibility for full- or part-time engagements.
You will manage a high-volume docket of commercial disputes, including arbitrations, demand letters, small claims matters, pleadings, motions, discovery, and related pre‑ and post‑litigation work. The engagement is a fixed-term contract with a strong possibility of renewal for successful candidates.
- 5+ years of litigation experience, with substantial experience in arbitration and/or small-claims disputes.
- Active bar admission in your state of residence and in at least one state where the hiring firm maintains an office.
- Demonstrated drafting skills (pleadings, motions, discovery) and experience managing multiple matters and competing deadlines.
- Strong communication, client-service orientation, and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Availability for remote work, primarily West Coast hours; part-time candidates: minimum ~20 hours/week; full-time candidates: ~30–40 hours/week.
