Short-term contract role supporting an established employment team. The initial assignment is a 6-month flexible resource engagement, fully remote, focused on high-volume settlement work.

The team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide practical, commercially minded advice on settlement agreements across a caseload of matters. This is an urgent appointment; immediate or short notice availability is preferred.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered)
Proven experience drafting and advising on settlement agreements and related employment documentation
Comfortable working remotely and managing a volume/transactional workload
Supportive, flexible team player with strong communication skills
