Seeking a contract or staff attorney to join a Structured Credit team in New York. This role supports securitizations and other structured finance transactions, focusing on offering documents, indentures and related capital markets documentation.

This is a fixed-term/contract position with an established finance practice team. Candidates must be admitted and in good standing to practice in New York.

Estimated annual pay range: $100,000–$142,500 (actual compensation will depend on experience and other factors).

1–2 years' relevant PQE in corporate, capital markets, structured finance or securitization work
Experience drafting and editing offering documents and indentures
Admitted to practice and in good standing in New York
Strong word‑processing skills, advanced Microsoft Word experience
