We are seeking motivated commercial litigation attorneys to join a global commercial disputes team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices with a primary base in Wilmington, DE, and involves national litigation matters handled on a hybrid working pattern.

The practice focuses on commercial and dispute-resolution work, defending insured and corporate clients across varied sectors. The firm provides structured business-development training, mentoring, and firm-wide associate support to help you build a long-term litigation career.

Competitive salary (range disclosed), performance-based raises, discretionary bonus, benefits and a 1,920 hour requirement are offered. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for secondments and cross-office collaboration.

Admitted to practice in Delaware (additional state admissions a plus)
Minimum 2 years of commercial litigation experience
Strong trial and motion drafting skills, client-facing experience and solid legal research abilities
Eligible to work in the United States and able to work on a hybrid in-office/remote basis
