Corporate Associate — Affordable Housing

Growth-oriented law firm is seeking a corporate associate to join its affordable housing and finance team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will work on transactional matters supporting affordable housing developments and related financing.

The successful candidate will collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on deal execution, document drafting, and client-facing work. This is an opportunity to build depth in affordable housing transactions within a national practice platform.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission.
• Prior transactional experience in corporate or finance matters; experience with affordable housing or tax-credit-related transactions preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project-management skills; comfortable working on multiple matters simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners, clients, and financing parties across offices.
