Corporate Associate — Aviation, Ann Arbor

Seeking a corporate associate with a minimum of 3 years' transactional experience to join a team supporting an established and growing aviation practice in the Ann Arbor office. The role combines aviation-focused transactional work with general corporate matters for a diverse client base.

Typical responsibilities include advising on aircraft acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing, corporate governance and business structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and handling regulatory and compliance aspects related to aviation operations. The position requires managing multiple matters and collaborating across practice groups and offices.

• Minimum 3 years of corporate transactional experience; aviation experience or a clear interest in aviation transactions strongly preferred

• Admission to the Michigan Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver
