Top-tier national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney to join its Ann Arbor office and contribute to a well-established, national practice. The role is open to candidates with a focus in either traditional labor matters or employment litigation.

Work will include handling the full array of labor and/or employment litigation and counseling matters, such as individual plaintiff employment cases, wage-and-hour and class action matters, unfair labor practice defense, arbitrations, contract administration, and NLRB-related work. The team emphasizes collegiality, professional development, and exposure to sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional matters.

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in labor and/or employment litigation or traditional labor law
Substantial experience in either single-plaintiff employment litigation and counseling or traditional labor matters (arbitrations, contract administration, NLRB matters, union avoidance/campaigns)
Experience with wage & hour and employment class action litigation preferred
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills; excellent academic credentials
Admitted and in good standing to practice in Michigan
