Benefits & Compensation Associate or Senior Attorney — Employee Benefits

Experienced benefits attorney (associate or senior attorney level) to join a national employee benefits group. The role supports employers on health and welfare plan matters, 401(k) and retirement plan work, and related compensation issues across a variety of industries.

The group receives steady regulatory and transactional work and collaborates frequently with corporate, labor & employment, ERISA litigation, health, and tax teams. Attorneys have regular client contact with in-house counsel and HR professionals and may work from any U.S. office.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• At least 4 years' benefits and compensation experience in a law firm or consulting firm
• Bar admission (or ability to obtain admission) in the state of hire
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills and strong client service orientation
• Top academic credentials; experience with health and welfare plans preferred
