Corporate Associate — Capital Markets & Private Equity, San Francisco

Seeking a corporate associate to join a busy San Francisco corporate group that represents technology companies at all stages, with particular emphasis on late-stage private companies, IPOs, and post‑IPO matters. The team provides broad exposure to venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance, and SEC reporting.

This role is collaborative and client-facing: you will take ownership of assignments, work closely with partners and other associates, and support business development efforts as your experience grows. The group prefers candidates based in San Francisco.

• 4–6 years of transactional corporate experience (venture capital, capital markets, or private equity experience preferred)
• Experience with IPOs, SEC reporting, corporate governance, and related public-company matters
• Strong academic record and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Team player who can manage client work and take increasing responsibility; San Francisco office presence preferred
