High-growth technology-focused corporate group in San Francisco seeks a 2–3 year associate to join a collaborative team handling venture capital, late‑stage private financings, IPOs and post‑IPO matters. You will work on a broad corporate docket including capital markets, corporate governance and SEC reporting while receiving formal and on‑the‑job training in both technical work and client development.
