Corporate Associate — Corporate (M&A / Private Equity / Capital Markets)

National search for a corporate associate to join a top-tier, high-volume corporate practice. The role offers early responsibility and exposure across the full spectrum of corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A and capital markets matters.

Successful candidates will work closely with partners and deal teams on deal execution, from diligence through closing, and will have opportunities across multiple industry sectors. The role can be based in New York, Chicago, Palo Alto or San Francisco.

• 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience (private equity, M&A, and/or capital markets)
• Proven experience supervising due diligence and managing deal closings
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on acquisition and ancillary transaction documents
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and demonstrated teamwork
