Associate — Executive Compensation, New York

Top-tier corporate group is hiring an associate to join a national executive compensation practice in New York. The role focuses on advising clients on executive and equity-based compensation arrangements across transactional and advisory matters.

Work will include counseling companies, boards and compensation committees on compensation design and implementation in the context of M&A, restructurings, IPOs, spin‑offs and other corporate events, as well as day‑to‑day advice on governance, securities disclosure, tax and regulatory considerations.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a law firm corporate practice
• Experience on executive compensation matters (not solely ERISA/benefits or employment/labor) preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical and transactional skills; ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams on complex corporate events
