We are seeking a Senior Associate to join a Global M&A public company team in New York, focused on real estate-related public M&A and cross-practice transactional work. The role offers exposure to headline public buy- and sell-side transactions and collaboration with technology, life sciences and financial services practices.

The team handles a broad range of public company M&A and related securities matters; successful candidates will act as trusted advisors on complex deals and build versatile transactional skills in a market-leading M&A platform.

5+ years of relevant transactional/M&A experience, with significant exposure to public company deals
Strong experience with securities laws and public M&A processes (sell-side and buy-side)
Experience on real estate-related transactions preferred; tech or life sciences exposure a plus
Outstanding academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain promptly) and a deal sheet required
