Corporate Associate — Denver (M&A / Private Equity & Capital Markets)

Top-tier law firm seeks a junior to mid-level corporate associate to join its Denver office. The role focuses on transactional work, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions (including private equity transactions) and capital markets and securities matters.

Ideal candidates will have substantial drafting and negotiation experience, be comfortable managing client-facing responsibilities and supervising more junior lawyers, and handle the day-to-day demands of sophisticated transactions across industries.

• J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• Approximately 2–6 years of relevant law firm experience in transactional work
• Significant experience in M&A (private equity) and/or capital markets and securities offerings
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience managing junior associates and client interactions
• Excellent academic credentials and proven ability to work on complex, time-sensitive matters
