Corporate Associate — Finance, New York

Seeking a mid-level corporate finance associate to join a national law firm's Corporate practice group in New York. The role focuses on transactional finance work for financial institutions, private credit lenders/borrowers and corporate clients, including loan originations and real estate financings.

Responsibilities include drafting loan, security and intercreditor agreements, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence, managing specialist contributors and preparing client-facing documents. The team operates in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with a hybrid work approach (expected in-office collaboration several days per week).
