Corporate Associate (Life Sciences) — Los Angeles

Mid-level corporate associate role within a national life sciences practice focused on transactional work for high-growth and public life sciences, healthcare and technology companies. The team handles equity financings, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance across the US and internationally.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, cross-practice group working on a mix of private and public-company matters, including registered offerings and ongoing SEC representation. Candidates with direct life sciences experience are preferred; strong interest in the sector will also be considered.

• 2-4 years post-qualification/corporate transactional experience.
• Experience across lifecycle corporate matters including equity financings, M&A and corporate governance.
• Public company experience: registered equity offerings, SEC filings/representation preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in or experience with life sciences or related technology/healthcare companies.
