Corporate Associate (M&A) — Austin

Growing corporate practice seeking a mid-level associate to join the team in Austin (role may also support work across Dallas and Houston offices). The position focuses on transactional work, with an emphasis on M&A and related securities and capital markets matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing client interactions, supervising junior associates, and handling multiple matters for sophisticated corporate clients. The role offers exposure to private equity-driven deals and other complex corporate transactions.

• 3–6 years' post-qualification transactional experience (mid-level associate)
• Substantial experience in M&A and/or capital markets and securities work, preferably including private equity transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience managing client relationships and supervising junior lawyers
• Outstanding academic credentials and at least two full years of prior law firm experience on relevant corporate matters
