Top-tier international firm seeks an experienced corporate solicitor to join its Belfast team on a hybrid basis. The role involves advising on multijurisdictional, high-value corporate transactions and supporting cross-border integrations, reorganisations and capital markets matters.

The post-holder will work as part of project teams with lawyers, legal project managers and legal technology colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, often acting as a country or regional coordinator on global transactions. There is scope to contribute to process improvement and innovative service delivery alongside fee-earning work.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales.
Demonstrable corporate/M&A experience handling transactional work and large-scale due diligence.
Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills; excellent commercial awareness.
Ability to work effectively in mixed-experience teams, manage deadlines and deliver pragmatic client-focused advice.
Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online research tools; adaptable to legal tech and project management workflows.
