The role offers regular involvement on multi-jurisdictional transactions and close collaboration with finance, tax, competition and regulatory teams across the firm's global network.

The team handles high‑profile transactional mandates for corporate and financial clients and places strong emphasis on technical training, career development and international secondments/training opportunities.

This is a hands‑on role where you will manage transactions, draft and negotiate corporate and securities documentation, run legal due diligence and support junior lawyers.

Qualified lawyer with a Belgian law degree; postgraduate qualification an asset
Demonstrable corporate/M&A experience from a leading practice, with exposure to complex, cross‑border transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for corporate, equity and debt capital markets documents
Ability to manage transactions, clients and junior team members
Commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English, Dutch and French
