Seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join a full-service national law firm’s Houston office to work on M&A and related corporate matters. The role focuses on transactional work across corporate and real estate business matters for a range of clients, from middle-market companies to larger corporate clients.

Expect to handle mergers & acquisitions, entity formation and governance, corporate finance and securities-related issues, and commercial real estate transaction support. The team values strong analytical, legal research, drafting and communication skills and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Admission to practice in Texas (required)
4–7 years of transactional experience, including M&A and corporate transactions; experience with real estate-related business transactions a plus
Experience with entity formation, governance, corporate finance, and securities/commercial transactional documentation
Strong legal research, writing and oral communication skills; ability to manage client-focused transactional matters
