Corporate Associate — M&A & Emerging Growth, New York

We are seeking a junior corporate associate to join a busy New York corporate practice advising entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and high‑growth companies, with particular strength in technology and life sciences. The role involves working on financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters for both public and private clients.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of general corporate experience from a national or international law firm and a demonstrated interest in emerging growth and venture-backed company work.
