Corporate Associate — M&A (Las Vegas)

Full-time associate role in a corporate practice based in Las Vegas, focused on public and private M&A, venture capital and related corporate transactions. The team advises a range of clients across industries and handles complex acquisition agreements and private equity matters.

Ideal candidates will have significant transactional experience, strong drafting and writing skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment. This position requires admission to the Nevada bar.

• 3–6 years' experience in corporate transactions, with emphasis on public and private M&A and venture capital
• Proven proficiency drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related transactional documentation
• Admitted to the Nevada Bar
• Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and effective interpersonal abilities
• Comfort managing significant responsibility and a high-volume, fast-paced workload
