Corporate Associate (M&A) — Leeds

Senior- to mid-level corporate lawyer role in a busy Leeds office of a leading international law firm. The team advises on a broad mix of regional and cross-border transactional work, primarily M&A, with exposure to private equity, ECM and corporate reorganisations.

The role offers a blend of local client mandates and instructions from the firm’s wider national and international network, plus opportunities for secondments and cross-office collaboration. You will join a supportive, transaction-focused team with clear development and client-facing opportunities.

• 3–8 years post-qualified experience in corporate/M&A.
• Proven transactional experience in M&A; experience with cross-border deals is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple matters to tight deadlines and deliver high-quality, commercial advice.
• Strong client-service orientation, teamworking skills and appetite for business development.
• At the senior end (Senior/Principal Associate) experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
