Join a busy Corporate and Securities team in Austin advising technology and life-sciences clients on growth-stage and transactional matters. The role focuses on venture financings, private equity work, private-company M&A and general corporate advisory for emerging and established companies.

The team seeks associates who are comfortable working on fast-paced transactions, communicating with clients and collaborating across practice groups. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to sophisticated corporate work and career development support.

4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate transactions
Experience with one or more of: venture financings, private equity, private-company M&A, or general corporate matters
Strong written and oral communication skills and proven teamwork
Excellent academic credentials and active bar admission in the U.S. (or ability to obtain)
