Corporate Associate — M&A / Private Equity, Boston

Join a national corporate practice in Boston as a mid-level associate focused on M&A and private equity transactions. The role involves working on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures and fund-related matters for a mix of financial sponsors, independent investors and corporate clients.

You'll work both independently and as part of deal teams on complex transactional matters, providing practical legal advice to support deal execution and portfolio company management. The team operates on a hybrid schedule; associates are expected to work from the office approximately 60% of the time.

• J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts
• 3+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work effectively in team settings
