Corporate Associate — M&A & Private Equity, New York

Leading corporate practice seeking a mid-level associate with 4–6 years' experience to handle a broad mix of transactional work, including private equity, M&A and capital markets matters. The role offers early responsibility on complex deals and close collaboration with senior lawyers.

Successful candidates will supervise due diligence, draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and ancillary documents, and help manage closings. The position can be based in New York, with options to consider candidates in other major U.S. offices.

• 4–6 years' transactional experience (private equity, M&A, capital markets desirable)
• Proven experience supervising due diligence and managing closing processes
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for acquisition and ancillary transaction documents
• Excellent analytical abilities, self-starter attitude, and a collaborative team approach
