Corporate Associate — M&A, San Diego

Established global law firm seeks a mid-to-senior level Corporate Associate to join its San Diego corporate practice focusing on public and private M&A and related transactional work. The role offers exposure to transactions across industries, working on both buy-side and sell-side matters as well as venture and start‑up deals.

The team is looking for an associate who can draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and ancillary documents, manage significant responsibility on live matters, and collaborate across practice groups in a fast‑paced environment. Competitive compensation and a full benefits package are offered.

• 4–6 years' transactional corporate experience, with emphasis on public and private M&A and venture/start‑up transactions
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills for acquisition agreements and related documentation
• Strong academic record, excellent writing, and strong interpersonal/teamwork skills
