Corporate Associate — M&A, Seattle (5–9 years)

Growing corporate team in Seattle seeks a 5–9 year associate to support a busy transactional practice. The role will focus on M&A and general corporate matters, with regular opportunities on financings, governance, commercial contracts, and entity counseling.

The hire will lead and support Seattle‑led transactions, draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate documents, advise on governance and entity matters, and provide day‑to‑day counseling to clients at various stages of growth.

Collaborative role that includes cross‑office coordination, client interaction, and mentoring of junior lawyers, with clear opportunities for increased responsibility and practice development.

• 5–9 years of corporate/transactional experience at a large law firm or sophisticated boutique.
• Demonstrated experience managing substantial portions of M&A and/or financing transactions.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and project‑management skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort interfacing directly with clients and supervising junior associates and support staff.
• Admission to the Washington State Bar or ability to obtain/waive admission in Washington.
