Top-ranked corporate group in Vancouver is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate with significant M&A experience to join a collaborative, cross-office team. The role involves working on negotiated deals, private and cross-border transactions, corporate reorganizations and commercial agreements across a range of industries.

The team advises clients at all stages — from startups and growth companies to large corporates and private equity — and regularly collaborates with U.S. and international counsel on matters touching Canada. This is an opportunity for an associate with 4–6 years' experience to take on greater responsibility in a supportive, diverse environment.

4–6 years' corporate/M&A experience
Proven deal experience on private and cross-border transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and with external counsel
