Corporate Associate — M&A, Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a corporate associate to join its Washington, D.C. office supporting M&A, equity financings, commercial contracting, and general corporate governance matters. The role involves work on cross-border transactions and opportunities to support transactions involving Israel-related parties.

Successful candidates will work with a team advising public and private clients across transactions and corporate matters, taking on substantive drafting, due diligence, deal execution, and client-facing responsibilities.

Candidates must be in good standing to practice law in Washington, D.C. and demonstrate strong academics, communication skills, and a proactive work ethic.

• 2–5 years of transactional experience, with a focus on M&A and equity financings
• Experience with commercial contracting and corporate governance matters
• Interest and/or experience in cross-border transactions; experience with Israel-related transactions a plus
• Good standing to practice in Washington, D.C.; excellent written and oral communication skills
