Corporate Associate — Mergers & Acquisitions, Atlanta

Leading national corporate team seeks an associate to support M&A and related transactional work. The role focuses on deal execution across private company and middle-market transactions, including due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The team works collaboratively across multiple U.S. offices; the role will be based in the Atlanta area and offers exposure to both buy- and sell-side matters and occasional cross-border work. The group values practical deal experience, strong writing, and client-facing instincts.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission or eligibility to become admitted in the hiring jurisdiction.
• Transactional experience in M&A, private company deals, or related corporate work.
• Strong drafting, due diligence, and deal-management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commercial judgment, timely responsiveness, and strong communication skills.
