Leading national corporate team seeks an associate to join its Los Angeles office to support M&A, sales, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and related transactional work for private and public clients across industries.

The role offers hands-on drafting and negotiation experience on full-cycle transactions, collaboration with a large group of business lawyers, and exposure to strategic and cross-disciplinary matters. Competitive salary range for Los Angeles is provided.

Prior experience on M&A and corporate transactions (associates at various experience levels encouraged to apply)
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal execution skills
Juris Doctor or equivalent and admission to, or eligibility for, the California bar
Ability to work collaboratively on complex, client-facing matters
