Corporate Associate — Seattle (4–6 years)

Top-tier Seattle office seeks a corporate associate with 4–6 years of relevant experience to join a dynamic corporate practice focused on technology and life sciences companies. The role involves advising emerging growth clients across their full life cycle — from formation and equity financings to strategic transactions and exits.

Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling management teams, negotiating financings and M&A deals, and serving as outside general counsel on commercial and corporate matters. The team values collaborative, energetic problem-solvers with a genuine interest in new technology and life sciences ventures.

• 4–6 years of corporate experience, with substantive work in one or more of: capital markets, M&A, private equity, or venture capital
• Experience representing emerging growth, technology, or life sciences clients throughout the company lifecycle
• Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and to interact directly with company management and investors
