Corporate Associate / Senior Associate — M&A, Nottingham

• Minimum c.4 years PQE in M&A or corporate transactions
• Proven technical drafting and transactional experience across private equity and M&A
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior fee-earners and manage aspects of deals
• Commercial mindset with appetite for business development and client relationship-building
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team
