Leading technology-focused law firm seeks a mid-to-senior level corporate associate to join its startup and venture capital practice. The role supports emerging growth companies and their investors across financing transactions, corporate governance, and growth-stage matters. Hybrid office options available in Mountain View or San Francisco, with additional opportunities in Seattle or Santa Monica.

Ideal candidates will have experience counseling technology and/or life sciences clients; M&A or capital markets experience with growth companies is a plus. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits program and a discretionary bonus opportunity.

Bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam
