Well-regarded Barcelona practice is seeking a corporate associate to join its commercial/mercantile team. The role focuses on transactional work across corporate law, supporting M&A, joint ventures and general commercial matters for domestic and cross-border clients.

The position is offered on a hybrid basis from the Barcelona office and will suit a lawyer who enjoys hands-on deal work, client-facing responsibilities and collaboration across practice groups.

Qualified lawyer in Spain (Abogado/a) with relevant corporate/transactional experience.
Practical experience on corporate transactions (M&A, corporate governance, commercial agreements).
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable working in Spanish and English.
Team-player mindset and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
