Top-tier US‑style corporate team in London is seeking a US‑qualified associate to support a busy M&A practice. The role focuses predominantly on cross-border and domestic strategic transactions for technology, life sciences and growth‑company clients.

The successful candidate will draft definitive transaction documentation, manage transaction processes and collaborate closely with deal teams. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented practice with opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice development.

US‑qualified attorney with active membership of a US state bar.
Approximately 2–6 years' post‑qualification transactional experience, with the majority of time on M&A or other strategic transactions.
Proven drafting and technical transactional skills; experience preparing definitive sale/purchase agreements preferred.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills; commercially minded and solution‑focused. Experience with tech / VC clients or cross‑border deals is an advantage.
