Corporate Associate — Venture Capital & M&A, Salt Lake City

Growing corporate practice in Salt Lake City seeks a junior to mid-level associate to support venture capital financings, private-company M&A and general corporate governance matters. The role offers substantive client work across domestic and cross-border transactions and exposure to a variety of industry sectors.

You will work on deal documentation and lead aspects of transactions from diligence through closing, collaborate with teams across practice groups, and help train more junior lawyers in a fast-paced, high‑volume practice.

• 2–4 years' corporate transactional experience, with a focus on venture financings and private-company M&A
• Proven drafting ability for financing and acquisition documents and experience managing due diligence processes
• Comfort working on cross-border transactions and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong academic record, excellent writing and interpersonal skills; experience supervising more junior attorneys
• Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency a plus
