Corporate Capital Markets Associate — Miami

Well-regarded international law firm seeking a mid-level Capital Markets associate to join its Corporate practice in the Miami office. The role offers exposure to U.S. and cross-border securities transactions for a diverse client base across industries, including public and private offerings, debt financings, and other capital markets matters.

The associate will take a substantive role on transactions—managing deal mechanics, leading due diligence efforts, and coordinating across practice groups. The position requires strong drafting and analytic skills, the ability to manage a demanding workflow, and a willingness to mentor junior lawyers.

• 2–6 years of PQE in corporate transactions with a focus on capital markets
• Demonstrated experience with the mechanics of securities offerings and leading due diligence teams
• General corporate and corporate governance experience
• Strong academic record, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and comfort managing significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment
• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar
