Seeking a commercially minded Corporate/Commercial lawyer with experience advising dental businesses on transactions, growth and regulatory matters. You will join a nationally recognised healthcare/primary care practice supporting dentists, dental groups and other healthcare professionals across the lifecycle of their businesses.

Work will include corporate and commercial transactions (practice sales, acquisitions, restructures and incorporations), shareholder and partnership arrangements, commercial contracts and advisory work, and strategic advice on growth, investment and exit planning. The role is open to senior associates and counsel-level candidates, with flexibility on location across the UK.

Qualified solicitor with significant corporate/commercial experience, ideally with exposure to the dental or wider healthcare sector
Experience on M&A-style transactions: practice sales, acquisitions, restructures and incorporations
Advising on shareholder/partnership arrangements, commercial contracts and regulatory considerations for healthcare providers
Commercial acumen, strong client-facing skills and an interest in developing long-term client relationships; senior associate or counsel experience expected
